Wild Harvest Hills is a family owned farm and producer of organic and regenerative fruits and vegetables, maple and honey products, herbs, free range eggs, wild forage. Sustainably and ethically sourced wild fur products.

Operating on a mixture of farmland, Wild Blueberry fields, Maple Stands, and Christmas Trees in Laggan, NS. Our farm supports a flock of laying free range chickens and ducks.
Our Story
After meeting in high school, Thomas and Shannon, passionate about the outdoors, animals, and sustainability, decided to pursue a nature-focused lifestyle. Thomas, an established big game and salmon Guide throughout Atlantic Canada, is an avid outdoorsman and houndsman. Shannon, a business graduate with a hobby of cooking from scratch, gut health, and sharing sourdough, organic produce, and ferments with friends and neighbours. They shared a deep interest in conservation, ethical sustainability, and began raising and training Coonhounds. Their growing passion for foraging, hunting, fishing, and organic whole foods led them to purchase land in 2023, which included acres of wild blueberry fields, maple tree stands, and farmland. Spending the last of their savings, they moved onto their new property, in a camp without running water, and began to work toward their dream of starting a wild product business and continuing to spend as much time in nature as possible.
Today, Wild Harvest Hills operates on 100+ acres in Laggan, Nova Scotia, offering various organic and wild-sourced products. With the goal of providing their local community with high-quality, sustainable products sourced directly from nature.
